I've noticed that I can still get a lot of vape after the juice level is empty fromthe side panel on my MT3. So I'm guessing there is still a considerable amount of juice in the inner assembly.
I clean mine every third tank of jucie or about once a week.
I have noticed that the juice get's darker as the tank is used up.
From what I understand that is the natural occurance due to heat being applied to the juice.

I use pretty much only my T3's, and the only time I've noticed my juice darkening is if my voltage are up too high. What setup are you using, and which version of the T3 do you have?? They have low resistance heads around 1.8ohm and standard resistance around 2.5ohm.
I'm using the standard head on a regular old ego batt, no major voltage. I'm using a juice I made myself at 50/50, Capella's Apple Pie flavor and 2.5% ethol malto.
I DIY my juice 60/40 PG/VG, T3 1.8 Ohm at 4.0 volts.

I've noticed with my T3s it really depends on the juice. I have one (a dragon fruit) that darkens in about 1/2 a tank. I mean really darkens. By the end of the tank, it's practically coffee colored. Still tastes exactly the same, but wow, the color change is insane.
The juice I have now, from RAWR vapor, is still crystal clear, and I am 3/4 of the way through tank #2. I will probably fill it one more time before I clean the coil. I've run about 5 other flavors through it with no (or barely noticeable) color change. I'm convinced it's the juice.

I'm going to go ahead and ditch the juice as its almost black and try something else. Perhaps the flavor is what is doing it.
If the juice is dark to start with (HHV Shadowfax) it gets really dark after the last .4 ml. I usually rotate between 3, have 1 clean and 2 in use, leave overnight in alcohol and dry burn afterwards. I usually go through 3 to 6 ml a day, not usually in the same T3. Clear juices stay clear, but those very light colored do get darker as they approach the bottom. Don't mind it, it's not a big deal. If the vapor and taste is right, I refill it and keep going. If it tastes strange (stronger or burnt) I simply wash it.
I decided to try an MT3 today, Ive been using the regular T3's for awhile with great results. I notice the draw is much airier and the vaoe is much cooler than my regular ones, anyone else experiencing a difference also?
To update, I took the entire thing apart, cleaned, including dry burning and filled with a new clearer juice. i'm getting very little vapor now and the thing leaked a bit into the center tube. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
On a regular ego, don't fill it all the way up. It gives great vapor from 3/4 of the tank down. Try emptying a little
