I love my new Kanger Evod tank. Really great taste, great vape, and looks really good on my batteries. Eventually, though, the coil will need to be replaced. I went to add a five pack to my cart from Mt Baker and it asked me what ohm I wanted. To be honest, I am dumb to this. I looked at my tank's product page to see if it had the ohm of the coil I got with it, but no luck. Does anyone have this tank and know what ohm I would need. Would it be on the coil itself? If I'm able, I can post a link to my tank's product page. Thanks so much for any help.

It should be stamped on the coil--if it's original Kanger coil. You might need a magnifying glass. :D

if you have a variable voltage battery, you can use any resistance, really, and adjust wattage to your liking. If you have a regular eGo (3.2v), use the lower resistance coils (1.5-1.8Ω). If you have an unregulated battery (3.7Ω), anything between 2-2.5Ω should be fine.

I tended to buy 1.8ohm Kanger replacement heads.

After 9 or 10 boxes, I realised I was throwing money down the drain. They lasted me less than 3 days on average.

I get 3 weeks with an Aspire BVC. Aspire will make an evod size clearomiser, so might be worth a look for long-term value. :)

Rebuild the kanger heads nice and easy and saves the pennies. Search this forum for great tutorials on how to do it

Yeah the difference between your own coils and the stock is night and day!! I can actually TASTE the flavors in my juice now consistently through an entire tank hehe.. A word of advice from a coil beginner.. Go with 30ga wire. I do it with 32 which is what Kanger uses but it would be soooo much easier with 30. My 32ga microcoils come out so tiny to hit 1.8-2.0 ohms and its tough to count the wraps and see if they're all nice and tight together..
