My soon to be ex wife got a Kanger esmart this past weekend. Today she was charging it up before work, and the light on the charger was blinking. Does anyone know what this indicates? Is the battery defective? She's used it and charged it several times since she got it, and it's been fine, until now. That's all the info I have for now, I'll get more if it's needed. Thanks for any help.

Is the 510 connection on both the battery & the charger clean & dry?
Qtip saturated with rubbing alcohol scrub both sides & dry.

It should blink a few time when first connected then turn red to indicate charging.
light turns green when charged.
Could be the center pin on the battery has become depressed from over tightening delivery device, try gently prying it up, just a little.

If I remember correctly, it should blink ( red) when you screw it on to the charger. Stop when it flashes, thats attached sufficiently.
Then I think it stays lit (green) until it is fully charged, when the little light goes out it is fully charged.

Try cleaning out the threads also, and maybe checking that the center connection pin has not been pushed in
