Kanger Ipow2 1600mah

I have a kanger ipow2 i put a kanger giant on it, it works great its reading 1.7 ohms.
my son bought me a kanger turbo i put it on the ipow it reads 1.0 ohms my question is can the ipow2 handle 1.0 omh
safely? untill i buy a better stick. im looking at the seven 22 or seven 30 any thoughts on these?

the iPOW 2 is rated @ 1.0Ω and up

Thank you, i have found the 15 watts isnt enough to power it. i cant decide on a 30-50 watt box or the seven 22 and the seven 30.
