These are stainless steel shorty 35mm fillered 510 single coil cartomizers from Kanger - the KR510. These are NOT punched. Using a carto punch (available here) you can punch these for use in one of the increasingly popular shorty tanks.
These come packaged with silicone covers on both ends and a white cap mouthpiece. Purchase five or more for discount. Some of these have wide variance in resistance between around 2.2-2.6 ohm range.
