Mine seems just fine. It's stainless steel and so is the piece it attaches to. It fits pretty snugly. There is a tiny bit of wiggle room but I wouldn't say it's loose and it's definitely not coming off unless you take it off.

I got some cheap plastic drip tips from DV. they seem to fit the same in the PT2 and mPT2. That written, one of them was a loose fit on both.
I'm guessing it's more about the drip tip than the clearo, but I don't know.

The other thing I like about this mini and I guess that would go for any glass tank is that you can see your juice. It's really hard to see your juice in an evod, especially true if the juice is clear. I like being able to see how much juice is in the tank, where it's at in the tank when it's low (if it has dripped down to the coil or is still stuck to the walls).
Agreed on both points, in fact, I often have to yaaaank on the drip tip to remove it when cleaning. Good stuff.
Bottom line is no hardware, no matter how good or expensive, will make a crappy juice good.
What a bummer. I went to order another mini from 101 Vape and they're already out of stock. I guess I should make sure I've gotten what I need before I go around bragging what a good deal someone is offering. LOL.
I too bought a mini protank2 and it does not have a removable drip tip. Very strange. I must have gotten version 1.5 I think. What a crock, now I'll have to go and find ANOTHER protank to add to my stash.
