Kanger MT-3 Leaking onto battery

So I am using a Kanger MT-3 clearo with ego c batts and a vision spinner.. when I removed the clearo i noticed some juice down in the threads where the battery connects. I am worried this will damage my battery (Just got the spinner today) and I dont want it to break.

2 Questions)

first, could this be detrimental to the batteries? Ive heard that ego batteries are sealed and no liquid will get in to do any damage.

second, how can i stop it from leaking down there?

Without knowing where the leak is coming from, there is no way to tell how to stop it. It could be a bad seal, mis threading or a bad post.
As far as I know the spinner is a sealed connection.

They normally do not leak while vaping. When sitting(upright) they continue to wick and can build up a bit of liquid. I keeps Q-tips handy to wipe excess off as needed.
If not in use for a while - Remove and lay on its side or stand on the tip end. Both ways help stop the weeping effect.

I've given up on any clearos. I use them as a last ditch resort. The Kanger MT3s leak. They just do. Nothing to do about it.

If nothing else at least you'll be in the habit of cleaning your threads. Even when they look squeaky clean, a little gentle swab with a q-tip usually shows otherwise.
