I talked with a friend who works at kangertech, she said it's a replaceable 18650 battery.

interesting... did he/she mention anything about the dimensions? Im very curious about the dimensions..

10ml tank (with base width similar to kanger base to 20-22mm to screw RBA/coils) + 18650 tube (with margins for it be removable) + side facing chip...

trying to visualize how it might compare to say kbox/subox or evic vtcmini - i dont think they will go with the screw-in battery door like kbox since the magnet thing is out of the door. Screw-in base (like kbox batt screw) with magnet battery cover maybe?

I've been looking at pictures of these for a couple of weeks. It looks like the battery will fit in the center (notice the K cut out battery vent). So the electronics are on one side, the battery in the middle, and the liquid tank on the other side. Interesting. The battery must load from the bottom (or top). Supposed to use standard coils and rba...ala subtank.

What are the dimensions for this? 10 ml must make is massive. That's way overkill for a single 18650 device imo. I'd rather see it smaller like the egrip. Imalso wonder the air flow control and bore of the chimney and drip tip. I really liked the egrip for flavor and size. It has a host of issues though. I wish they'd craft a removable tank and temp control into one. And work on making it watertight. Or at least better screwed in. And the battery mount inside the egrip is a joke too. Hopefully is spawns a mini version of itself and inspires a better egrip

I too hope it inspires a better Egrip. Airflow and control is currently believed to be comparable to subtank mini. If you take a subtank mini & hold it next to an 18650 mod it is not difficult to imagine you could fit 10 mil into a tank the diameter of the mini tall enough to fill the body of the mod.

10ml is actually pretty small, at least in terms of strict volume. What makes it take up a lot of space a tank is just that.... the tank. If you don't have to put a metal cage and a thick pyrex shell, it can be much thinner. If the rba section does well in this, I could see it being my all day mod when I'm out and about. Not having to worry about snapping a tank is a nice thing.
