Could any of you folks tell me what size (diameter) andmaterial the "flavor wicks" are? Just about EVERY TIME I try to clean and dry burn the coil those peskylittle wicks unravel no matter how careful I try to be. Then the leaking andgurgling begins and they go straight to the trash!! If I could get some wick material that wouldwork I believe I could salvage them and reuse them unti the coil itself dies. Ihaven't got the nerve to try to do coils yet. I'd really appreciate your suggestions.

vapoligy has silica a little cheaper than the list above and I think the flavor wicks are 1.5mm. You really should try rebuilding because it's really simple. I was reluctant at first but once I did one I wish I would have rebuilt sooner. I used to run my coils into the ground and put up with bad taste because I'm cheap, but now that I rebuild I change coils at the first sign of trouble.

I re-build my KangerTech ProTank heads with 32ga Kanthal 6 wraps onto a 2-56 machine screw (makes a perfect coil) then two 1mm silica rope wicks thru the coil and two 1mm wicks on top of the coil ("flavor wicks"). Works great - no gurgling, plenty of vape, and tightens up the draw somewhat.
