Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Whenever I rebuild I throw the top o ring away. As for the bottom grommet I wash it and if the tip is burnt I circumcise it.
They are so cheap I doubt they sell the individual parts.

At this time, no.. but since they are cheap, it's almost better to just get new coils and go from there. I rebuild mine also as needed and would like replacement silicone parts also..
You will not likely find that part unless you use a Micrometer take measurements then do a search. Then you would likely have to buy a gross. If you lose or damage those parts just save the rest of the parts for later use. If you buy those heads in 5 packs they go for less than $2.00 each. Kanger ProTank Replacement Coil Heads.
I might still have some I can mail. I'm surprised you guys still use the top silicon deal. When. I rebuild, it's not needed. If I use it as intended I get dry hits.

Yep guess it is time to pull the calipers out and measure them. In my previous lifetime I played airsoft and had to replace all sorts of seals for mags and such the o-rings were super cheap like a pennies a piece, so buying bulk was not an issue, rather have 100 for $5 than have to keep buying them for a dollar a set. then of course I could share with all of you fine folks. I guess worst case can get a quote on some food grade o-rings from a few manufacturers. Will keep you posted on what I find.

I ordered some of these and they just came in yesterday. They are a smidge too big and really hard to get into the hole (protank is what I'm rebuilding). If you can get them in the base is too wide and has to be trimmed down or the coil assembly won't fit in the base. Squeezing them into the hole while keeping the wires in place proved to be very difficult for me.
One thing I did try, and may work... Make 2 cuts in the insulator down the side and take about a 1mm wedge out of it (maybe a little less). This means its not an intact circle anymore, but makes its circumferences small enough to fit down into the hole. It also makes the base small enough so that it doesn't have to be trimmed. I'd imagine you'd have to be careful that the two wires coming down are not aligned with the section that has the slice cut out of it. I just made a coil like this, and tested the ohms. It came out at 2.1 ohms, but I haven't tried to use it yet. I'm assuming it doesn't have to be an intact circle as long as it is insulating the wires, but could be wrong.
Here is a picture of how I cut the insulator. After the first cut, you'd do a second to take out a thin wedge.
Here is a coil rebuilt with the original insulator (top) and one with the kidney puncher insulator (bottom). If you look closely at the bottom insulator you can make out where the sliced out portion is.
Getting the sliced insulator into the hole of the coil assembly is a little difficult, but not as difficult (IMO) as getting the full sized one in there.

Update on my last post. I tried out the head made with the kidney puncher grommets. They don't work at all for me. Neither the cut down one or the intact one. Something about them is blocking the air flow when I screw it down to the battery. Air flows through fine one the head alone and the head screwed into the connector, but when I screw it on the battery, no air. I'm not sure why.
