I love the Kanger Subtank Mini's. If you're wanting a black or white one I found them here :SPECIALS - Vape Super Saver They come with a 1.5 ohm and .5 ohm vertical coil, plus a build deck to coil your own coils. As long as the Ego One can fire a .5 ohm coil you're good to go on all three subtank mini options.

Yeah, was thinking of getting it because it's RBA instead of buying atomizers over and over again. Sounds good! Sadly, in my country it cannot be imported in. Nevertheless, I'll find a way to get my hands on one. :) thanks for the feedback! Was unsure of kanger or lemo2.

I'm pretty new and trying to quit analogs(2 days and counting), this is and WILL be a good alternative. I haven't seen it yet but yeah, that's pretty much where people get their gear from.

Hi and welcome. The Subtank is a solid piece of gear; I'm sure it would serve you well. That said, I have several Lemo 2s, and they are my go-to tank nowadays. Not trying to confuse the issue, but I want to make the point you really can't go wrong with easier. I don't have a Subtank, but I suspect the Lemo would be easier to build, if that's the way you want to go, as the deck is bigger. Obviously, this would cime at the price if having to build it all the time, there is no pre made coil option.

Hi! :) thanks for the feedback. I was torn between these 2 as they both look awesome to get started on as I'm new. I was doubtful on the lemo as I saw an youtube review where they showed the cotton of the lemo.

i love my subtank mini also

i have 3 of them and i love to rebuild the occ heads and got the wicking down to a tee

some people ask why the occ instead of the rba deck and i supose just because i have messed with them more and just got it down how i like it

the only dry hit i ever get is down to me when i just try to push a realy gunked coil that extra bit

Building a Kanger Subtank RBA also requires cotton, or rather some wicking material. I personally use rayon, but something will be required. Not with the pre made coils, of course. Those already have a wick.

Yeah, I was mentioning the cotton that is inside the Lemo. I will need more experience though before I can make proper judgement.

Well, seems like a good enough review to convince me! Haha. Will need practise with the wicking and coil builds.

I have mixed feelings on this subject. I do not own the mega ego one but the 19mm size.

I use the rba head on the subtank mini and the clr head on the ego one...so no stock coils...and I do not sub ohm.

Both tanks work fine for me, but the subtank weeps a bit around the airflow ring. The subtank is easier to rebuild and is likely better for straight lung hits, but I think prefer the ego one because of the weeping of the subtank.

kanger subtank mini works great on the ego one - it's my wife's go-to device

Thanks! That's very reassuring :) plus it looks good!

I got myself a Kanger and it's the best entry for people that just started vaping.

Ah I see.. Thank you :) glad to see so many +1s on kanger's gears.

Sorry, I don't quite get what it means to weep, and yes, I'm getting it instead of the clr head on the ego one as I'm new and there's no tutorials on the clr heads..

By weep I mean that it kind of leaks...or condensation...or something. It doesn't drip...just always seems to be some juice hanging around that airflow control ring. I hope that makes sense.

Ahhh I see. I've faced this problem as well. Apparently, only when your coil can't keep up with the juice intake, it will "leak". If you're talking about leakage, probably only when your tank is cracked then there will be a leak. At least that's what I found out when my tank sorta "leaked". It's all fine now, just don't inhale too hard.
