... Is this normal for this tank?

No. Not Really.

Having a Small amount of Condensated e-Liquid in the Center Tube is Normal. But this sounds like more than a Little Condensation.

I would Check that the O-Rings look OK for the Coil Heads and the RBA Section.

BTW - Do you a Thin e-Liquid by any chance? Like 50%PG|50%VG?

I noticed that when I hit it a few times and turn it upside down it drips alittle bit. But if I don't hit it and flip it over, it doesn't Drip.

If it Only Drips when you take a couple Hit and not All the Time, then yeah, it sounds more like a Condensation Issue.

Just curious. Are you using the Drip Tip that came with the Subtank?

I'm pretty sure it was the one it came with.

The Reason I asked was I have this one Drip Tip that the part that goes into the Atomizer is Shorter than all my Other Drip Tips. So there is a Small Gap in between the Bottom of the Drip Tip and the Bottom of the Hole in the Atomizer.

And that Gap over time will collect e-Liquid. So that once and awhile I'll get a Drop of e-Liquid in my mouth when I take a Hit.

It Only seems to happen with that One Drip Tip. Maybe something similar is going on with yours?
