Hi All,

I just got the subtank mini. EVERY TIME I refill the tank, the coil gets flooded. When I try vaping, I get the gurgling sound. I have to take the tank off and start blowing in to to get the juice out from the air flows.

I don't refill all the way to the top, I even just tried putting in a qtr of the tank and the coil still gets flooded.
I am using replacement coils (0.5)

Once the coil is unflooded, it hits like a champ.

I am not sure why it is doing this, maybe im doing something wrong?

1) I turn the tank upside down, unscrew it, pour the liquid in and then put it back together.

Is there something special I should do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

1. Make sure your pyrex glass is as tight as posible to the tank's chimney.
2. Check the OCC coils .... for an O-ring and the OCC head for an inner white colorish O-ring
3. The OCC coils are shorter IMO when they design the top heads, so try refilling your tank just before the stainless steal chimney end. The part where the thing sticks into the OCC. That causes the gurgling because a lot of juice is forced into the OCC. Which is ok, just fire the coil without inhale for a few seconds and the juice will cook a little and stabilize.
4. make sure the top tank is screwed finger tight to the bottom deck.

I had leaking experiences ONCE with my subox mini. Miss the little guy.....

I'm new to this. But I was told that filling it up past the stainless steel will cause it to leak. Try to fill it just below that like HardCoil mentioned. I haven't had a problem with mine leaking at all.

Edit:

Just thought of this. What's your wattage? I had problems with my Nautilus Mini leaking and come to find out it was because I'm a newb and didn't have the wattage high enough. It was causing my coil to flood every time I took a hit.

Where did you buy the tanks? Are you sure it's authentic? There's a lot of clones out there that package identical to the real thing and the tanks look the same.

Other than what the previous posters stated all I can add is to check that your O rings are intact and aren't cracking.

I will try tightening it as much as I can. I just put in a new coil this morning and still having the same issue. I didn't even fill it up all the way. but let me try what you suggested

Aaaah yes! The cracking! Those little tiny cracks are also cause for leaks because the tighter you go the wider the crack gap and poof, leaking...

bought it from a local store. I went on the website and it states it was authentic when I entered in the details.

I keep my wattage around 20-25 on eleaf 30w

Thing is, my coil is flooded RIGHT AFTER i refill it. As soon as I press the button it starts to gurgle

I run mine at 20 with no issues. So I'm no help there.

Maybe the juice is too thin?

I'm swinging in the dark here. Just going off of what I've been told to watch out for.

Ive been using Uncle Junks juice.

Coil is only flooded when it refills. After I clear it, it works fine until I have to refill again.
Oh ok. I know with my Nautilus Mini I had to make sure I didn't get juice where it wasn't supposed to go after taking the base off to refill. It seems like it had a habit of running down into the chimney. I starting wiping my coil a little bit before putting it back on there. Haven't had that problem with my subtank though.
