Here is my Subtank Nano installed on a Joytech eGo One 1100mah battery. The battery is unregulated so it fires at the current voltage level. Sits really easy in my pocket and has a better capacity than the eGo atomizer. Finish is very close on these two.

I had a major issue with my setup from day-one. I had my Kangertech Nano screwed down flush with the Ego One battery on the first install, but that pushed the center pin on the battery down and it kept on shorting out on me. Joytech's warranty doesn't cover this issue unless I lie. I use a small screw driver to lift up the center pin by prying it up carefully from the edge, and try my best to keep the tank 1mm away from threading down to the bottom to prevent this, unfortunately sometimes the tank gets twisted and I have to go through the whole process again to enjoy my vape. I put this one together as my easy in the pocket vape as well but it's turning out to be flawed. Wondering if there's 1mm thick washers out there that would fit right, I know 19mm (3/4") is one of the standard diameters for washers.

I haven't had this problem, but It would be nice if the eGo One battery had a adjustable or spring loaded 510 connection. You definitely shouldn't crank the Nano down completely flush with the battery. There will be a very small gap between the two.
