Kanger subtank RBA head dead?

I have 3 Subtanks and love them so far. Finally decided to try the rba on one and loved it, so I went to switch my other 2 over to the rba too. Second rba head I took out of the box wouldn't read ohms at all with the stock coil, so I tried my own coil and still nothing. Set it aside and got out the 3rd one, worked perfect. No matter what I tried with that one RBA it would not register at all, either on my ohmmeter or on my mod. What could be wrong with it? I looked it over and compared it to a working one and can't see anything different. Can you buy just the rba head anywhere?

Did you try unscrewing and rescrewing the bottom piece that holds the positive post in place?
