Didn't see any repair category so posting here

I got a Subvod about 6months ago and the last 2 weeks when pressing the button sometimes it blinked and doesn't fire the coil. First I thought it was the coil, it wasn't. I have vaped about 3 years so I know to not over tighten the tank so that did not cause it. What happened is the grommet insulator has separated underneath the center post. And if the tank is a hair to tight it squeeze the grommet out and the post grounds out of the bat caseing.

If the center post is like any other batteries it can be poped out cause it just sets inside the grommet. Anyone know where I can get a new grommet. My kanger toptank has a center post that contacts the battery and there's a grommet with it. BOth post(bat and tank) look the same so I am thinking a tank post grommet will work. Anyone know where to get one. If no replies I may try calling kanger and see if I can get one there.

don't know what the grommet really looks like since its separated. If I pull the center post out the bottom of the grommet I imagine will be stuck in the hole.

tks for the 2 links, wonder why they call them "Subtank Rubber Pin", to most they are grommets. No size is listed wo may be to small or large.

I may just try what I did when the grommet on my Kanger VV twist separated. I pull the post out, cut the wire and put shrink tubing around the post shaft, soldered the post back to wire and pushed back in. That was not easy.

Or I may try slipping a o-ring around the post that would be easier. wouldn't have to cut wire
