Howdy folks. Just picked up a new Kanger T3 at my local vape shop. Love the design, but i'm getting really muted flavors on my ego 1100mah battery. Anyone else get this? I tried flipping that little rubber thing (which then got stuck on the center post, that was fun getting off) with no noticeable change. I'm vaping a 50/50 blend of Ecto Cooler from Mt Baker.

Did i get a bum unit? Anything else I can try?

This is a bottom coil so your vape will be a bit cooler. Also, the quality of your vape will depend on the resistance of the coil. There are a lot of knock off's of Ego's out there, but they are all regulated in some form and generally put out a voltage that is lower than that of a PV with an unregulated voltage, at least until the battery starts to drain. You might want to try your T3 on a VV device to see if you can find a sweet spot. Two years ago, one one limited to mechanical mods, a few regulated fixed voltage integrated batteries, a few expensive VV mods and cartomizers and atomizers. Now you have a many more choices: tanks, different styles of RBA's, VV mods, and different styles of cartomizers. There is no such thing as the best universal vape. You will just have to find out what is best for you.
