Kanger T3 replacement coils not working?

Hi, I've got an issue with some T3 replacement coils I ordered and am wondering if anyone has a similar experience. I have a few T3's and they work just fine on my mods (old lavatube with thread adapter and eVic). I ordered some replacement coils and wanted to use them with some new juices I got. However, on my eVic they don't fire and I get a "no atomizer found" message. But when I put them on my lavatube they work fine. If I put the thread adapter on the eVic it will fire up, though.
Anyone else experience something like this?

I had a few that did that. It seems that the threads weren't cut as deep in them and wouldn't screw down far enough to make contact. They worked fine on my 600mah Ego battery, but not on my 1000mah Ego Twist. When I compared my to batteries I noticed the threads on my Twist were slightly longer than on the 600mah, which was why the head would work on one and not the other. I now mainly use my Vamo with an adapter, and all my heads work fine with it. I think its just a case of the loose manufacturing standards in China.

Im having the same issue.

One of my Kanger T3s works on both my Vamo with adapter and MVP; the other only works on the Vamo with adapter.
