I have a kanger T3S (Not multiple Kanger t3's, but the actual T3S), and im planning on getting an Evod soon with some liquid that ive never tried before that has 100% VG

I heard that 100% VG can ruin some tanks, and i just wanted to make sure that it wont ruin the T3S i have or the Evod that im getting soon, and if it does, if theres a way to fix it or what other tanks would work good?

VG in itself will not ruin a tank. It could, however, have wicking problems due to the high viscosity of the liquid. You could end up having dry-hits and wick clogging. Now there are certain flavorings that can cause damage to the tank that you should be aware of such as many citric flavors, licorice, and in some cases... cinnamon. It's best to ask your juice vendor if they are aware of any "Tank-Crackers" they have so you can avoid them or get a couple Mini ProTanks to use for questionable flavors... they use the same heads as the EVOD/T3s but are made of pyrex instead of plastic and are not affected by juice flavorings.

a couple points here

maybe your talking of juices they call "tank crackers"
some citrus and cinnamon juices react with the plastic (polycarbonate)
and the tank melts...

then there is the heating coil inside (atomizer)
some mistakenly think VG 'fouls' the coil, where in reality it
is the sugars that leave deposits and render coils to poor performance (need cleaned)

VG thick might have an effect on how qwik your wick will absorb the juice
which in turn leads to dry hits...

hope that helps any confusion - keep asking

I`m a little new to Ecigs, and do have an EVOD. If you do use 100% VG you may? have some wicking issues. I use a 80%PG / 20%VG mix and when I first got the EVOD I still wanted a stronger hit. There is a thread on here about removing the flavor wicks on top of the coil if you have wicking issues. I personally only removed one wick and get a good strong hit. There is a small bit of leakage onto the battery terminal because of this but it is very minimal. No worse than the CE4 clearomiser that I started with. I tried to find the threads but couldn`t find it quickly. Do a google search for "removing flavor wicks from EVOD" and this forums results will be right on top.
