Still using them.
Cotton wicks bring them alive. I let the cotton soak overnight before using, then slowly bring up the volts (beginning at 3.3). I usually settle in around 4.0 - 4.1 volts on the 1.8 ohm head. After a few tanks, when the wicks really become saturated, these things rock.
Under 1ml, it'll pick a time to gurgle. I can usually clear it out and vape the rest.
I find that they mute the flavor of tobaccos, yet work REALLY well with simple fruit flavors. I have one for tobaccos (Halo Turkish, Torque, and Voodoo), and one for fruit (Top Vapor Grape, Strawberry, and Island Punch). I can't taste the subtle flavors of the Halo juices, like I can in my Vision V3s. But they make cheaper juices taste really good, which isn't a bad thing. I've just been burning through Mad Vape juices, which are only $13 for 50ml. Swap out the wicks for cotton, load up some Top Vapor Strawberry....it's awesome. Clouds of vapor and TH at 11 mg.
Downside, the coils don't hold up well for multiple re-wickings. Not sure why. Best guess is since the bottom of the coil...one of the posts...rests on the battery, sometimes it gets nudged when putting the clearo on the battery. I'm careful, but after one or two weeks of removing the clearo to refill, the coil is out of wack and doesn't like to straighten out. So I've been getting about a month out of a coil, with two or three re-wickings. Not too bad, but some of my Vision V3 coils are almost a year old haha
