I wanted to get the turbo tonight. the salesman said wait until tomorrow when the atlantis comes in. he said I will be much happier with the atlantis. he is nice and honest. I was just wondering what the deal is with the turbo and how it compares to the atllantis in your guys opinion. the turbo looks beastly but I was told it does not really perform the way it looks. plus there is something odd about it. it seems to add the resistance of the two coils instead of subtract it. maybe that is why it is not so great if you are looking at like 3 ohms or something. I just wanted to know which you guys would think is the better step up from the nautilus bvc and aero mega. as usual I just don't build so please skip that. which is also why I wouldn't get the sub tank to waste the rba.

I was just wondering which would have more production and flavor? "monster" to me means a good thing but I have no idea. It looks huge. I was thinking to put two .8's in there. of course that is a lot of expensive coils too. on the other hand the atlantis is only 2ml. I just wondered which would vape better between those two. the sub tank is probably nicer but I would be paying for the rba head I won't use then. I was just figuring quad coil sub ohm=vavoom! I was told not really so?

We can only hope this will be the first version of the Atlantis. Aspire is pretty good about trying to improve their own products, we saw that in the switch to the new BVC's from the BDC's in the Nautilus Mini. Maybe the next version of the Atlantis will come with a bigger tank. Either that or someone is bound to come up with their own custom, bigger tank sections with a chimney extender. Vapers out there tend to be pretty resourceful, especially when they have a goal in mind! :)

Unfortunately Aspire is on my bad list right now over the Brass/Stainless steel fiasco going on with the nautilus series tanks. Do we know if the Atlantis shares the Chrome plated Brass chimney of the Nautilus?

Don't forget the wicking material... ceramic fiber? fiberglass? No word from Aspire after months of questions except for the "lab report" which has now disapeared from the website. I'd be interested to see what the wicking material looks like on the Atlantis coils.

nic_fix here is what I would do if I was you. It seems as though you just want a simple clearomizer that functions very well and close to a rebuildable. I would wait for the Kanger Sub Tank to come out. If you can afford it, get it. If you can't then just by a Kanger Aerotank Mega and then buy the new coils for the Sub Tank ( BPDC ) These coils will fit the Aerotank and they are made with organic cotton.

The wicking material is identical. Just more of it.
