Very interesting development. I am having some leaking issues with my Kanger SubTank and expressed my concerns at kangertech.freeforums.org • Index page. Their response?



Rather disheartening that customer feedback is met with such blatant censorship. I will leave it at that & refrain from any inflammatory speculation

Heads up, many SubTanks leak & they can't ALL be counterfeits.

Speaking of leaky Subtanks, I filled mine tonight and noticed that the o ring on the base caught and pinched against the glass. Easy way to get a leaky Subtank right there.

I have 3 subtank mini's, the only time I have had any leaking issues is when I have not tightened down the coil enough when installing it...which resulted in some leaking into the airflow collar and out the holes. With the coils in tight, they have been rock solid.

Assuming the OP did not post something completely obnoxious, that seems like bs to be banned for complaining about leaking. I just got the mini today and so far no leaks. The OCC seems pretty harsh though. I am going to build my own tomorrow and see if that is any smoother.

I have found on the original sub tank i put the gasket around the base upside down and that was the only time mine has leaked. The round edge goes down.

I'm sure it's nothing to do with the way you said it.
Maybe they were just overwhelmed by all three of you guys who are having leaking problems. Are you sure it's not user error??
