Kangertech mini

I just received my kangertech mini and the charging cord does not fit in the port. Help

Where did you purchase it from. Is it authentic. Have you made sure the pins are turned the right way. If it's new, I would return it for another one. If it's a clone then I would make sure my next one is authentic. You get what you pay for. Hope you figure this out so you can keep "vaping On". Good luck

Do you have the correct wall plug in adapter (amp rating/standard female USB receptacle)?
Your cable should plug into a female micro USB port on device and a standard USB female on wall plug or other.
Could contact a vendor who sells device or try Kangertech directly:

I'm not familiar with the Kangertech Mini, but I have a Kangertech starter kit I bought a year or so ago. If you look at the metal part of the cord that is used to plug into an ac wall adaptor or your computer for charging, you will most likely see that it is wider on one side and smaller on the other. Now look at the port on your device and you will probably see that it is wider at the top and smaller at the bottom of the port. If your device is turned the wrong way it won't fit, but if you flip it, I bet it works. Just make sure that the widest part of the cord is going into the widest part of the port on your device. Try this and see if it helps.
