I like the size of the KangerTech T3S tanks, but I have a big problem with leaking out of the bottom onto the battery contacts. Also, if I am not super careful with refilling, the glass will separate from the bottom metal ring causing it to leak and must be thrown in the trash.

Anyone have a better alternative product or fix for this issue?

I have had the same problems with mine, including the tank coming apart. I found that the T3S/MT3S will leak if the level of liquid gets low. You could try adding more wicking material, but I suggest just getting a better clearo. The Smoktech Aro and Aro II clearos are fantastic. No leaking at all, and they use the same coil heads as the T3S.

Wow, three separate threads quoting T3, T3S, T3D.

Unfortunately, this is what these things do. Better BCC tanks (glass) don't necessarily solve the problem either.

I have been trialing both sizes of the Aspire BVC. The small ones are great, but gurgle even when down to 50% liquid in the tank. The bigger ones (the nautilus) are better but many people are not happy with the materials used in them. The coils have some unusual wicking material and the tanks contain a chrome-plated brass central chimney.

Neither worries me. I swap them out long before they are too tired and should the chrome plating show signs of wear, I'll bin it.

Rebuilding Kangers if the best way forward. If you don't/can't do that, I would recommend Aspire BVC. :)
