Aluminum turns into gas at 2519 C , in vaping terms it's equivalent to the temperature of the sun. I see no problem.
Keep in mind that metals vaporize at a far higher temperature then they need to melt. there is no danger of that material to release dangerous acids into the atmosphere in our ridiculously low 8-15 watts of "power" , temperature goes hand to hand with energy.
