Let's just say that if you're vaping at a temperature where you're vaporizing any metal, I'd be more concerned about the blisters in your mouth from all that heat than I'd be concerned about the metal vapor you would be inhaling.

Aluminum turns into gas at 2519 C , in vaping terms it's equivalent to the temperature of the sun. I see no problem.
Keep in mind that metals vaporize at a far higher temperature then they need to melt. there is no danger of that material to release dangerous acids into the atmosphere in our ridiculously low 8-15 watts of "power" , temperature goes hand to hand with energy.
