Not to be argumentative but I was actually thinking it was more of a matted gloss (than a glossed matte). ;-)
Actually, Roadside Fred mentioned it in his email yesterday regarding the black. He said it was gloss, and that the Obsidian Black was similar to it.
Well, except for the fact that it's a different color, of course.

Agree on labelling the ShamPagNee Grey (off-Silver ) finish as a "Satin".
A "Flat" with a slight "Sheen".

Most champagne colored items I see are more like a satin, shinier than matte, duller than gloss.
In the classic car hobby we refer to it as 30* gloss.
But I don’t know squat about Squid. So ignore me. Lol
