OK - I'll be the guinea pig - I just bought champagne from the $62.95 seller - better overall rating for this seller (by 1%) and a few dollars cheaper.

Eric explained the Ebay'ers in his FB group. I wouldn't cancel the order, but he's asking people to buy locally. They're genuine, but they're going about their business in what some might consider to be a "less than stellar" fashion.

GREAT price though, and you got yourself one HECKUVA mod for the money.

The short answer to your other question is, "Yes." A long, long time ago, and much to the dismay of many threads and threaders too. Some friendships stick, and stick hard. I got lucky again.

Thanks for the compliment, and we won't let it go to our heads (and become worse than we already are, if that's possible).

Moving back to the point, enjoy the Squid, and I hope you love the champagne as much as I do. I rarely even use my sleeves, but it's nice knowing they are there for me. I do use them, but I love raw steel (always have, always will).

Unfortunately, there are none to be had locally, or other online retailers that I can find, and I'm too impulsive to try to wait for them to get back in stock. And not really interested in purchasing the kit on Squid's site.

Apparently, Squid doesn’t support the sale of his devices on Ebay, though he did say they were authentic, bought at bulk price. I think your greatest risk is if the device is doa or has an issue (rare with Squid) and have to seek recourse. (Picture is from his post.) Personally, I’ll wait for Roadside to get them back in. It may cost a bit more, and I’ll have to wait, but knowing great customer service comes with it is a no brainer to me. With the failure of Cole Bishop, the online vendors we know and trust will need our $$ to push to stay in business

We have a 3 year old spoiled rotten GR boy now. I love talking to him and saying "Noah - do you want a PUPPY???" and he cocks that adorable head left and right.

May I introduce "Super Noah!"! LOL

I did not know that/never saw that before, I got mine directly from the Squid site, mainly so I could get the sleeves at the same time.

Wow, small world! We actually looked for a house in Sugar Hill - it would have cut our commute in half. We work in Alpharetta, and moved from Suwanee when we bought our house last May. Wow - it's almost a year now!

But - we love where we are, we have great neighbors, and large lots for our neighborhood - so we're not all sitting on top of each other! LOL

I seriously need to stop following them around! LOL I'm already getting itchy fingers to get a second squiddy and the first one isn't even here yet. Sigh.....but it is shipped and slated for Thursday delivery. AND the puppies were born yesterday by C-Section - 6 girls and 4 boys! So, I didn't jinx myself out of a boy (figured it would be all girls if I talked about them! LOL)
