HAHA! That's my wife's "Country Style" decor. Our Kitchen looks like Cracker Barrel.....lol
It really is a great device! I had to put an oring between the top and top cap....condensation build up was starting to leak out, so the air hole isn't in front now....more to the side. But the center wick still allows the air hole to line up. Getting some awesome vapor, and fantastic TH....the air hole size is perfect!

Promptly overcooked it with 2-3.7v batteries instead of 2-3.0 batts,made a new coil @~1.8ohms with a 18650,good so far!,gonna vape it exclusively for a couple days and see how it holds up.The threads could be a little smoother,but if thats the worse thing about it,Then nothing is wrong

Try going just a touch lower, around 1.3-1.5. The coil will stay gunk free for much longer and the mesh will take alot longer to get clogged. This has been my experience so far (using 32ga kanthal a-1 and #325 mesh), YMMV
Also, keep the vapor chamber as clean as you can and it will taste great all the time. When the flavor starts to change, take off the top cap and dry everything with a paper towel. Trust me, you'll be glad you did

Besides, nine days out of ten, you can't get them anywhere. Very few exist. Rarely are they sold.
This thread is for folks who like to see them, maybe think about making something similar one day. (If I ever get a workshop set up...)

The only advice I can give all of you, is to do a google search for "Katana release date". You should be able to find out more information about any future runs or info for the creator himself.

So am I the only one who's tried various forms of genesis attys and been... meh. Always seems to me that the metal wick taints the flavor worse than a carto, and I've never found a coil that was sufficient with 3.7v, genesis or otherwise. I think maybe if it could be taken down to the 1Ω range it would be, but it's not technically a coil until you wrap it twice, which winds up around 1.5 - 2Ω. I've seen vids of the katana with 5 - 7 wraps, so I tried that on the hybrid mini. It put out a big cloud with VG, but for lack of a better word, it felt 'hollow'. It didn't feel like much of a drag, and occasionally prompted an involuntary exhalation. Inhaling certain fumes like acetone or turpentine does something similar. And the taste was hollow as well, bolstered by a metallic overtone.
The kanthal doesn't seem to hold up to the 6.4v of stacked batts, because the spot prior to the beginning of the coil would get too hot. Seems all of the fans of these are using 3.7 IMR anyhow, though. Just an observation there.
