One thing you might consider trying is swapping the o-rings between the two caps so that the bottom is nice and snug and the top is a bit looser. This might help prevent leaks unless you like vaping upside down.

Thanks Snow, you've set my mind at rest. I've used a gold pen to paint around the flange seating, and this time when I refilled, I could easily see where to fit it back to. And I didn't pop the top cap off. I'm getting better at it, in fact I'm getting rather too much practise. Maybe I need to go for a 6ml tank - at least for my Nuport? :laugh:

Just last night I was lying on the deck, vaping & looking up at the Milky Way through binoculars. On a warm summer evening, it is amazing. Perhaps instead of buying all this new vaping gear, I should buy myself a decent telescope so I can better see into those tantalizingly fuzzy areas between the stars. Maybe start seeing nebulae, and all those tempting morsels of the night sky.
