I saw where HD is hiring 80K for this season. Growing season is really long here.

Same here. Lowes hires a ton of temps but perm employees also have a chance for extra hours for spring season. DH and I get such a kick because he gets pressed in for more hours around early February when Lowes gets in its spring plants! Back home it was in April!

It's been a good day in CNY, just bizzy pushing papers at work. Just took a few minutes to get my cell phone bill straightened out (paperless and auto-pay, so I'm owed a credit, but have to ask for it manually until their billing system catches up)
Hanging in there on my end. Been a pretty busy day at work, and it looks like I'm gonna be here a bit late tonight. Have to take off early tomorrow to see what the docs have found for a new clinical trial. I figured that it's better for me to stay late tonight to finish up some tests that I won't be able to get to tomorrow.

Yeah, probably not a great idea, wouldn't take very long to turn into a Sloth-sickle in those temps.
3/4 way home. Good travels so far. Spent the night with my cousin last night. Went thru some old family pix and came across one from my parents' wedding. Yesterday would have been their 58th anniversary.
