Good Morning Everyone! Another beautiful day in the neighborhood! Huh, what? What do you mean it's gonna be 90? It's September, it isn't supposed to be this hot in Northern Indiana in September. OK, scratch the beautiful day part, gonna be a hot day in the neighborhood. I'm ready for fall.

Well, it was a pretty good weekend. We did a lot of lying around the house for most of it, and actually got out one day to do a l'il shopping. That was good, because I usually end up doing all the shopping solo.
It was good for my dear bride to get out of the house though.
@LynnNC So glad that the storms didn't cause you too much trouble!
Hopefully the better hours for the weekend were good for you and you managed to get some rest.

@Kaezziel I did! I got a few things on my to do list done then spent the rest of the day reading. Also had a visit from the girl child and the grandson.

Uppa 80s today, low 90s next coupla daze, with any luck some rain towards the weekend.
I've got a quiet week ahead of me, looking at taking a little vacay in the afternoons, enjoy the summery weather with DW.

So just got back from the docs. A pointless trip because ARMY docs know nothing of NAVY forms. So this one has to be done on my own. Trying to get everything together and no idea where to turn right now. Frustrated as all heck and see no relief anytime soon. (Unless it is the conversation that is happening now.)

I guess the last time I was in Texas I got lucky, weather was actually cooler down there at the end of August than it is here this week.Around here, it's more like, "Whadda ya mean 90? It's January!"

And...I also spent a few hours with my niece/half sister on Sunday after I got off work. All in all, with the exception of 1 incident, it was a grand day and a half away from work.
Yeah been busy here trying to track down people and the fudged up process of trying to get this done. so many people involved and it takes an .... load of intelligence to get these forms done right. Pain in the ..... I am going to get this done right though. Oh well back to the grind to get the information sorted.
