OK here's the deal folks! This first batch is limited and we've had issues in the past with the shop system overselling stock. It's inevitable when many people are checking out at the same millisecond that the database runs past the inventory quantity, therefore selling items we just don't have. This results in refunds and unhappy folks (and a huge headache for us on the back end). So for our first batch we've decided to use our existing newsletter subscription to allow those folks who expressed interest in the kayfun first to have a chance to get theirs.
Here's how it works. IF and only IF you have received an email from us asking for your customer number you will be added to a special group within the shop that will let you purchase the kayfun. All other customers will simply see it as out of stock.
We are very sorry we can't satisfy everyone, but we feel it's only fair to prioritise those customers who registered their interest first. We are hoping there will not be a long wait for the next batch.
