I'm trying to decide if I should buy the kayfun lite plus or the taifun gt. Which do you think produces better flavor. I dont really care about the vapor production. Also Out of the 2 which is made better? (Good threading, machining, quality stainless steel). I've been trying to decide which one to get for the past couple days and still can't decide.

the kayfun is readily more available and easier to set up.
the Taifun is always on preorder (takes weeks to get it most times), costs more and while not hard toi set up def takes a little more finesse to get it running perfect.
using the same kind of wick in both i see almost no difference between the two.
where the taifun shined is when i used a mesh wick, but it wasnt like suddenly the Kayfun was terrible it was just a little better.

but overall I would take the kayfun for the advantage of simple, almost foolproof setup.

if your interested in these two also check into the SQuape, probably the easiest atty i have ever seen to setup because the coil doesnt short on anything, really nice vape as well, but a big unit and not cheap lol.

as for the machining and quality of the device? top notch on both the TF and KF, german manufacturing at it's finest.

just got my taifun last week and if you go that route make sure you buy some cheap juice for testing builds, i lost close to 7 ml over the course of building and testing, finally got it with micro coil and cotton and this thing is AMAZING! I also have a KFL on the way, should be here in a few days, so if you havent decided yet I'll let you know, from what I've seen the KFL does seem easier to set up, Taifun definately requires trial and error, but once you get it.... well... :vapor:

It's a tough call! I have KFLs and a GT and I am currently bouncing back and forth between them. The GT is fairly new to me, and I have had the KFLs for awhile and are my go to atty.

The main differences are in size, draw and price. The GT is both larger/heavier and has less airflow than the KFL. I set both of them up with cotton and micro coils and at this point I think the GT is easier to set up. The GT has more room in the chamber to work, and I seem to have better luck getting the cotton amount right. Who knows! That could change tomorrow.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of them. They really do perform pretty similarly as far as I can tell.

for overall use i have seem to gone through what many reviewers have, it doesnt seem like any big deal but the more i use it the more i like it better.

just some notes
they now make a smaller tank for the taifun so it will be shorter and around 3 ml instead of the 5 ml breast it is now (waiting on mine to get here)

and the airflow is adjustable in the TF but it isnt as simple as turning a screw like in the lite+ you have to remove the airtube. just like some of my genis though you just have to learn to vape it without fighting the draw.

you cannot go wrong with either, the kayfun is pretty much the winner because you can pick them up all over the place if willing to get a clone.

IMHO a kayfun lite plus is much cheaper and would be my first choice....you also have airflow control.....
here are some pics....
