Love my Kayfuns, but will admit, the short 510 and lack of adjustable pin is annoying.....fixable....but annoying.
That said, that kayfun 3.1 from 101vape for $16 is fantastic. Blows away the KFL+ in air flow and vapor, AND (drum roll) the 510 pin is adjustable.

kayfun is a flavor machine .... not a cloud maker. Its inherently a low airflow device...

All I know is sub-ohm builds are terrible for flavor. I lick the coil once or twice to cool it down, and I can't taste anything for days!

Kayfun is the best tank out right now. It was horrible for me with my first 5-10 builds. But after watching some videos, adjusting my coils and my cotton wicks, all my other clearo's are collecting dust

I have the Kayfun Black Special Edition on a Tesla vv mod, an APO dripper in copper on a copper Provari, a 3D atty on a Hammer, a gold Steam Turbine on a gold and stainless Maximus, and a brass Steam Turbin on a Nemesis. Am waiting for a titanium authentic Steam Turbine. My backups are a Kayfun mini and Russian 99 clone, and finally a Cats dripping atty. Which is the best? ALL OF THEM.

It is in the build and in the mod. I build with wicks of hemp, mesh, raw cotton, silk, and ceramic.

For wire I use different sizes of wire. Just tried a new wire called g-plat. About 20.00 for 15 feet, but supposed to be great for flavor. Haven't decided if it is worth it.

Finally, I have found your drip tip makes a difference. The long thin tips seem to be cooler hits with medium flavor. The short wide tips are warmer hits. The metal I can usually taste. One is a dragon head, and for some strange reason it brings out the vanilla and cream flavors. My new favorite is a glass tip with a stainless bottom, shaped like a muffler. I can adjust the air flow by how I use the tip.

This last month I have been playing around with all this, using the SAME juice in all my builds. Each one tastes different with the same juice.

My favorite? All of them, but I will say my gold set up is the prettiest

Yeah, my Russian sucks too, lots of air that is, while providing me with a spectacular 75 watt vape, courtesy of the SuperMax regulated box mod. My Magmas suck more air, but they have like dual 3 mm air intakes, so have them sucking air for like 93 watts.

Oh yeah, I love my kayfuns. But then again, I know how to build them and I know what they're designed for. That always helps.
