I'm only using one tank at the moment. I need to remove the tank from the mod to refill it. everytime I put it back on the mod asks "new atomizor?". I tend to hit yes out of habit but I notice the resistance level changes dramatically due to the heat change in the coil. I'm using subtank coils so the reading is already off to begin with. Is it safe to choose "no"? So the resistance will stay at .6 and not shoot up to .66 when I screw the tank back on?

Yes, perfectly safe to choose no if you didn't change the coil. Note it asking that question probably means you are in TC mode, if that's where you want to be. Not sure, I don't have that mod, but in wattage mode mine usually don't ask. They just read the resistance and fire accordingly.
