KGO batt not working

Got a KGO kit 2 days ago and they worked great, got one off the charger, put a tank on it and it doesn't fire? the light blinks 3 times , what does this mean??
it came off the charger at 4.07v

batt #2 is still working. batt #1 will blink 3 times slow then 3 times fast when I try to shut it off? tryed to pull the batt post up some but still nothing...

I would recommend contacting the vendor that you purchased the kit from. They often times will make it right (May replace the battery).

I did that, looking for there email...hope they didn't take the day off!!!
