My Kgo is dead but, every time I put it on the charger the charger turns green like it's fully charged. I plugged my other Kgo in and that one charges.. any ideas what the problem could be..

Ive got one that does the same thing. It does the green light as though its charged. How do I pull the post? Is that the part in the center of battery? Its kinda recessed so what would you use to pull it? I would love to be able to use it if it can be saved.Thank You
Make a small 90% bend in the end of a paperclip and use it to get under the battery post. Pull the post up a tad bit at a couple of points around the rim...
Thank you!!!! I did what you said and it works! I called the vendor regarding the faulty one and they sent me a replacement. I had not thrown the faulty one out yet. I was glad to see this post, now I kinda feel bad, its like I got one for free.
