Why are the kgo battery posts made to move up and down if the case is theyre just going to need to be pulled up?
Because I was wondering why it wasn't working , and Skelley here told me to try pulling up the center pos at the top of the battery and it worked , so whats the point of them being able to move up and down ?
Somebody else mention filing the bottom of the vivi nova tank or something so the problem wouldn't happen? How would that help?
I was using the kgo vv for 3 weeks with the vivi tank and no problems at all

And also , is it possible to change the ato/wick on a clearomizer or I'd need a rebuildable one? Or should I just clean it?

And also , if the tank is the issue pushing down the post and i file it down , how would i know If I over file , Wouldn't that just make it useless?

Thanks , -rob

Center battery posts are mounted in a soft silicone ring. The ring and post design serves 3 purposes. 1; it insulates the positive post from the negative outside. 2; it seals the device below from juice entry. 3; it has a small amount of vertical compression possible that helps ensure contact even if the device might deviate a mm or so in their length. Sometimes a longer device might get used, and it may push that center post down a little; then if you screw on a shorter device (or one whose center post was pushed upward a little by screwing it in too tightly) it may not make good contact. Then, pulling up on the battery pin or pulling out the center pin on the device may make that combination work OK.

Sorry, didn't get to finish. You can get changeable wick versions of a lot of clearomizers, or in some they make both, changeable and non-changeable. Most of them are also cleanable. You choose. If your inclined, you can even make your own coils and rebuild the rebuildables!

DON'T file on any of your posts. Not only is it possible to damage or even ruin the device, something as simple as filings in the connector (and I've had it happen to me) can ruin your day. Just screw your devices down until they make good contact; don't tighten them excessively. Best to use something like a cone to protect or make your device more sturdy if need be.
