Oh yeah Missy, Stevie and me...blind guys always blow...the harmonica, you know. LOL I suck at harmonica (it's how you make half the notes, the other half, you have to blow).,

I'm mainly a vocalist as well; I play "rhythm" keys, like rhythm guitar. Not a lot of fancy.

Thanks for the walk down Metal Memory Lane. The problem I have with metal is, every time I listened to it back in the day, I'd either be drunk or physically involved with some one-legged skank or another... you know, the mercy jump. (Who was receiving the mercy? You decide).

You know what you'd have if you put all my "groupies" in the same room?

********

One good set of teeth.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot why I logged in here in the first place.

I read a post from Levitas, where he said that he reallty likes the Cinnamint at 5 volts. Well, I've been puffing at a carto loaded with Cinnamint all day on my Ego. So, after reading Levitas' post, I refilled the carto with about 20 drops of fresh Cinnamint and then put it on my 5 volt FBM. Holy Hannah!! The flavor doesn't just "pop," it about blows your face off! I'm *loving* it at 5 volts; this is a juice for high voltage, high flavor hijinx. Fantastic!

So when do we find out the winner of the Bananas Foster Name-dat-joose Contest?

Brewzz, you're the 6th person to weigh in on the Bananas Foster and everyone is VERY pleased with it, as I mentioned earlier I'll have to check with Missy and see if we can list it tomorrow when we open because I know some would like to order it ASAP.

thehangdude, would love to hear some guitar around the campfire, be sure and link when you upload. I admire anyone that can play any stringed instrument, I banged some drums when I was young but never had the ear or patience for guitar.

(((HUGS))) to Aubs .... er Eggplant it's good to see you posting you've really been in my thoughts every time I sign on as well as our bonbon who I tried ringing earlier and didn't get an answer :( I think (hope) she's at the hospital with her friend for the one she is to make decisions for. Along with her "bad wing" she was running a fever last I spoke with her.

Thanks for the music everyone :) Ciego thanks for the mental image of the thong :)

I absolutely love this song. I got 2 of her CD's. I like unusual voices. Darn Missy, I am gonna have to invite you to our Friday Night Open Houses so I can hear ya sing this. Tell ya what, I will play my Electric Guitar for you....(even though I got old and the fingers don't work like they used to)! Remember I owned a CD store and we used to Jam on the weekends for my customers....they would shop and me and my buds would play. That was 12 years ago...I was still in 50's and my fingers would bounce over those strings...moving them up and down and slide, slide, slide. Still have the amp and guitar....saving them for whatever Grandson is musically inclined. I think I know which one it is as he plays music on my ipad all the time and I have a toy guitar he fiddles with alot.

How about this one:

Will and I were divorced about 15 years ago for 3 years...........I wanted space and a chance to fly my wings and had empty nest syndrome...this song was one of the reasons I came back home (where I belonged, should of never left). I was 2000 miles away from home in Washington State, running a store by myself that took 12 hours a day....packed up and came home. Like the Prodigal Son, I guess. Of course, we remarried.

Lovin the metal :headbang:
Ciego ...I would LOVE to know how to blow the harp. you should play for me sumtime!!! Only instrument I know how to use is my vocal chords :) I'd be the singer of the band ...LMAO.. only if you like tomatoes :p here's one of my faves to sing

Well that's kinda why Steve and I support each other the way we do. I know if it came down to it Steve would take money out of his own pocket to make things right as would I, not to mention I don't think there is a better box all included for what he offers them for. :vapor:

myboxmods.com - Home

Thanks for all the support. If it weren't for Bob and Missy, I wouldn't be building mods for people.
The link that Bob mentioned is my old site, although the pricing is accurate. When I joined as an ECF supplier, they made me come up with a different name, so Foxyboxmods was born. I had to register a new domain and build a new site, that frankly turned out a little better. So, if you want to check out my site, you can visit the old one, or visit the new one at foxyboxmods.com - Home

Bob has a link on his site to the "new and improved" site.

Thanks again for all the shout outs!

Tracy Chapman's duet with B.B. King of "The Thrill is Gone" is one of the best covers I've ever heard. She brought real soul and depth to that song, even more than B.B. himself ever did. Classic. I wonder what she's doing now?

It is amazing what fine medicine music is for all of us with ears to hear. Music has been my antidepressant, my tranquilizer, my pain killer and believe it or not, my ....... LOL

BoB, you fixate on this thong thing. And here I was trying to be amusing with my tales of toothless groupies, but all you seem to want to focus on is the thong.

BTW, Need a pouch to carry your banana, Foster? Try a thong! <goofy-arsed grin>

The thong is like the Novella........... well it is part of the Novella and will live forever! I like the "A-peel" part that has the makings of a name. I'll leave that up to you guys ;-)

I didn't tell everyone I have a pic of you, shall I start the bidding now? :p He exaggerates he's not 45lbs overweight ...................................... more like 90! Nah Paul's a good looking guy just don't tell him cause he doesn't know it

Hey Levitas....

As a celebratory gesture in true Hidey Hole fashion.....pick a flavor of tobacco you would like to try and it will be on my next order (which would be tomorrow, right?) and if I can work it out with BoB, I'll have him send it directly to you!

Congrats on the new job!!

Did someone say free joose??? :D
