I bought multiple items and received all but one item... I sent in a ticket and roughly 2 hours later had a response that they made a mistake and will send the missing item today in the mail! Quick customer service! I've never had a company (not just vape suppliers) that would admit a mistake was made and correct it so quickly. This is my second order with them and I am very pleased with the quality of their products and their customer service. Will definitely order from them again in the future!
