Hmm. All the mention of "disposable" and after looking at the products they manufacture, I suspect they're just referring to cigalike type units. Probably just using a different chemistry battery in their models. It doesn't look like they manufacture actual lithium batteries, to me

That's how I interpreted it, anyway
