Check out the DIY E-Liquid sub-forum. It's a treasure trove of information regarding DIY.

I'm also just getting into making my own e-liquid and the DIY sub-forum has been extremely helpful.

Everyone advised me not to go with the kit from one stop DIY shop when I got into DIY. You end up buying things that you don't really need, can get a better deal, etc. I went that route anyway, because I knew I would have everything that I needed. I don't regret my decision.

All subsequent orders for nic, pg, and vg have been from Best Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - MyFreedomSmokes.com. I also get most of my supplies and flavorings from them, but occasionally order elsewhere if they don't have a flavor I want or if I can pick up some bottles, syringes, whatever while ordering other supplies elsewhere.
