No problem everyone. :) Will be posting the info on the regular in a bit, still on the second charge. Wader sir your count wasn't off by much at all on the regular.

Whistles sir starter kit either comes with the old corded wall charger, or both it and the usb charger depending on the kit (save for the mini pcc kit which only comes with the pcc). When you order the manual king diamonds just add a slim charger. Nothing would be worse than killing one of these batts.... Already attached to them. :)

So you have to use the slim charger with these? I have a couple, but actually prefer the original wall chargers (with the cord that plugs into the wall) won't those work?

No problem at all Ms. Jenjen. You're going to love these batts. :)

Would highly suggest using the new slim chargers on them. You can technically use the old chargers, but they'll damage the cells with long term use.

Weren't people having problems with the slim chargers? (I think that was one of the reasons I stopped using them).

For anyone on the fence, I thought I'd add my vote of support for the new diam XL mans. Actually, I bought a couple for my wife who abandoned her old XL mans in a flash. In fact, she's so happy with the new model that I had to order two more for her today. Darn, there goes the weekly food budget.

Thanks again for the great tip, Morandir. Unfortunately, I just now noticed your second suggestion to use the new slimline batt chargers and had to order them as well. Darn again, now looks like two weeks of macaroni and cheese.

Jeffree sir no problem at all. Sorry for the mac and cheese diet, but don't want to damage the preciouses... Currently doing a run of how long they last using on the slim line charger. Have a v2 king diamond auto that just hit 356 charges on it and it still is holding it's voltage and time. He's only been exposed to that one charger, so it really does show how that little extra paid on a new charger can save you in the long run.... :)

Morandir I hope you don't mind if I add this little note on the slim chargers. This came up not too long ago, but I have since forgotten who was involved. While the Slim Charger was made with the newer batteries in mind, they also accommodate the older batteries. The V2 Series as well as the newly released XL Diamond Manuals have slightly...like .02mm taller threads. If you hold an older style battery connector directly against the forementioned newer series you will see what I mean.

So....don't freak out if the indicator light does not go on once you plug them in. Just give them another 1/8 to 1/4 turn then try them again. If the light still doesn't come on, slowly unscrew the battery while the charger is plugged in and see if the indicator light trips. I believe you also had another tip about flipping the charger, plugging and unplugging it. I hope you can chime in on that one.

Ok, now I think I remember why I stopped using the new slim chargers and went back to the old ones! SHEESH!!! I think I'll take my chances with the old chargers and replace the batteries more often lol! ;)
