I got an infinite dusted king clone from ebay. The top contact was too long for me to fit my fogger v4 flush so I sanded it down. At the time I didn't know they were copper plated BRASS. I hoping that the ECF crew could help me in either getting some solid copper contacts or steer me towards a clone brand that has solid copper contacts in their king v2 clones. I really love the form factor and button on this mod.

I just cranked it down with some pliers, that action is what revealed the brass copper plated contacts. I'm still on the hunt for a king II clone with solid copper contacts. I know focal ecigs has a couple and they have told me the have solid copper contacts. But angelcigs also told me they had solid copper as well. Long story short, I'm still on the hunt for either solid copper contacts or a clone that does in fact have solid copper contacts.

Guys, I have the same king and I cant keep the fire button from unscrewing ....any thoughts????
This happens to mine too, even if I tighten it down with pliers. But my biggest complaint is that it autofires on me a lot. I'm using the same size o-ring as the Chi-you to prevent this but it doesn't make a difference. It does it with both my flat top Sony's and my nipple top aw's. I think the tube has too much space allowing the battery to move around and ground out. I'm probably gonna stick this guy on a shelf and get something less likely to autofire. Back to my nemmy clone for now.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I jb welded the switch to the bottom tube so the locking ring doesn't unscrew every you lock it.

did anyone find some replacement pins for the King v2? I looked at the fatdaddy link in this thread, but it did not have any contacts... just magnets.

The King v1 silver telescoping pins will fit in the top of the King v2.... but not the bottom. You can use the bottom screw of the King v1 top cap telescoping pin to fit in the switch of the King v2, but it's smaller diameter than the normal one. So to get silver replacement contacts for the King v2, the only way i have found so far is to get 2 of the top cap contacts of the King v1 (and still only gives you a smaller switch contact than the original).
