Whenever I go for the top menus (notifications) there is always a little pop-up (electronic cigarettes forum) that pops-up over the icon I want to click,annoying and not usefull at all.

Just a suggestion,but I would like to have those to never pop-up !

To be honest, I think that's a browser issue rather than something the forum is 'doing' - it's just the alt text from the image.

Alt text is essential for visually impaired users - it tells them what an image is (via text-to-speech).

There may be a way to turn it off in your browser, but then you might want the pop-ups elsewhere.

What browser are you using? I'm not getting what you see at all with FireFox. The only "action" I get at the top of the page is a drop down menu when I have notifications but that's it. No hovering icon to be found.

Its mainly on my work computer (dont tell my boss) its windows 7 corp edition,so probably expl 7 or somesuch

I cant change anything on that thing,need admin privileges :/

If it's for PM's, you can go into settings and click "Don't show New Private Message Notification Pop-up"

Other type of notifications- not sure.
