Knurled 510 to 510 adapter...

I'm having trouble getting my tanks of my mods, the cart just spins and spins....looking at me like I'm a jerk. So I'm wondering if anyone makes a good size knurled 510 to 510 adapter to give you something to grip while twisting a carto tank off and on. Something like an airflow regulator that you can screw onto your tank then onto the mod so you(me) don't monkey up the threads on the mod, or end up dumping juice on your lap. Does anyone make such a creature?
