Torque, your insight and succint words never cease to amaze me. If I could like this post 1000 times, I would.

I agree with your sentiment and am happy to see your children doing well as they are many many children here who need good loving homes and I praise you for the love you have extended to this precious child.

Copying is frustrating and patent law is a tough nut. All one really needs to due is make three major changes to a product to have it deemed a new product. Copy also drives innovation and excellence which in GG's case seems to be a major reason they have made so many new inventions for our industry. Even if the copy if a cheap knock off and I buy one, I might get a taste for the original and eventually will save enough or be patient enough to get one. I do want one, just never seem to have the money match the timing of when I can can actually buy one, but that is my problem to solve. Did not intend to upset anyone, word out.

Siam, only one thing. Its not common that someone can make a product with only 3 major differences and place it as a new product. Patent law is a little complicated. Sometimes you have to make much more than 3 major changes. And all depends on the judgement. If the judge desides that those 3 changes are not major to his opinion then the new product isnt new. So major or not major isnt something standard.
On the other hand, if the thought behind a "new" product is the same as the original's then even the product has 10 real major changes then its still not new.

I learned a lot about patents 3 years ago when I first patented the GGGrant and I learned even more with the patent of VIR.

As for the production line of the GGTS, its small, thats a reality. And it will stay small because GGTS is a little complicated e-cig with difficult to be machined parts. It takes me more than a month to make a small batch of 200 GGTS.

The korean copier copied the old GGT not the GGTS of course. But the worse part is that he doesnt admit it. This makes him an even worse person that he already is if you agree. Be sure that this issue wouldnt be so big if he was not so silly as he is

ps........ there are not bad nations, only bad people

Ugh, I went to town on the fool who posted that video. What a waste of time trying to argue with idiots...
This just confirmed one of the bits of wisdom my parents tried to implant into me as I was growing up, "Nobody ever won anything betting against human stupidity"...

axaxaxa, I didnt know that Rick. Your parents were wise people. I will use this expression often from now on lol

Koreans do copy and think nothing of it. We did a show once in Ansan Festival in Korea and I noticed at least 5 other performers recording our show.

Weeks passed and I saw double acts forming with the same moves and calling themselves our name (Funny Bones) Funniest Bones and Fun Bones and Funny Boys and one that did make me laugh was Fanny Bones.. WTF..

Anyway when confronted they all seemed to be surprised that we were annoyed at them..
