KR808/Cartomizers and 510's?

Hey everyone,

Ive been reading up a lot about these cartomizers, and it seems people either love them or hate them.

I vaguely remember somewhere reading that cartomizers can be used on 510 batteries? Is this fact?

I was thinking about giving these puppies a try just out of sheer curiosity. Do you guys think they would work on my ego?

IS there an adaptor out there that I would need or would they just screw right on?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

You'd need a 510 battery to 901/808 adapter..you can get em from madvapes for about $2.50...here: MadVapes LLC
Cartomizers on the eGo...while they do fit under the atty cone, they tighten the draw up A LOT and that might not be to some people's liking...they do have a different flavor to them than the 510 even with the same juice..so it's always something fun to experement with..

Oh and now there is one or 2 vendors carrying 510 specific cartomizers (havent tried em yet) but they're kinda wierd..spongey material around the resevoir so they're supposed to feel like an analog filter..

I just started using cartos this past weekend on my 510... I got my adapters from good prophets.... I just don't see me going back to atomizers and carts now.... I LOVE my cartomizers!!!!!

Not only can you use the 510 battery with cartomizers (with adapter), the cartos also fit in the PCC.

The only problem is that on the threaded end you just have the '.... plug' in, and on the mouth side you have the rubber cap on. The .... plug end goes in the cart hole.

For the atomizer hole in the PCC (the deepest one), you can have the adapter on the carto with the buttplug going through the adapter, with a cap on the mouth end.

LeCig also sells cartomizers that work with a 510 battery , no adapter needed

Just an FYI, since the 510 batts run at only around 3.1V the kr8 cartos will not have the output that you would get on the standard kr8 batts.

Yep. I am experiencing this as I type this. I have had a 510 for the past 2 months. I had ordered a 510 carto adapter from nHaler, and have been using that with the 808 cartos for awhile. It was good and all but I just received some actual 808 bats today that I had ordered and hooked one up to one of the cartos I had been using on my 510.

WOW...the TH, flavor, and vape are all SO much better on the 808.

Edit: Also...I had also tried the 510 carts from leCig. They are the kind with the paper coated carts (to have the feel of an analog ....). They are OK...seem to get better when you refill them with a better liquid.
