Does the light on the charger turn green when the batt is charged?Most ecigs are made in China, I'm pretty sure the manuals are written with Google translator. While I do love the big G, they're not always up to snuff on some things.

Ha! Too funny. But I'm not sure I'd do any better. I've mangled my share of translations to/from French.
To answer your question: Yes, the light should turn green when fully charged, although sometimes it looks more blue.
