ok so i had some burnt carts sitting around , so i thought i would try something. i carefully pulled out the filler, it was burnt and i tossed it . then i grabbed some tea bags ( emptyed the tea) then i cut three strips ( the same length as the filler ) rolled them up about 1/4 width by 3/4 stuffed the three pc into the cart . Here is the cool part i was able to drip 30 drops into these !!!!!!! put the silicone ring and cap back on . omg 1 primer puff and i am in heaven no gurgle noise and tons!!!!!!! of vapor . the flavor is spot on . Why don't they use a different filler .

o.k i am a idiot i didn't use ptb , that is why i had the bad taste. i tried it again with ptb much better .you have to be very carefull pulling out he filler . I wasted one today . but with the ptb it worked much better , i also tried it with blue foam like i have seen here on another post. that holds the flavor longer. but i also got my greencig carts from lecig today and had some d style 901 carts so i tried that mod ( cut greecig cart down to 1" pull out filler cart slipped in the 901 cart and omg this is pure vape heaven on a kr808d-1 . the greencig carts by themself do the same thing , but adding the 901 d style whistle tip makes refilling so much easier. and it will wick it dry and when it's dry it just stops vaping , no burnt taste, why don't these come stock with the kr808d-1 , greencig must have a proprietary deal or something. i have to use my auto batteries, the manuals don't let any air through. this is my set up of choice right now.

I don't know why, but whenever I try the blue foam I always get a slight burnt taste after the first few puffs.

I have had good luck with the fluval water polishing pads, though. In fact, it's a lot like the standard polyfil but much better, at least IMO...

I tried to refill a carto w/the polishing pad filler, but it's just too fluffy ~ couldn't get it to settle down enough to wrap around the outside so it was all over the place and covered the center hole. The PTB ought to roll up nicely, though.
